Everyone is very welcoming, so you never feel uncomfortable walking in. Personally, I have never had a bad experience and would highly recommend The Healthy Family Chiropractor to anyone. They are also very educational, so they make sure you understand what is going on before anything is done and are very professional.

My wife began seeing Dr. Matt about two years ago for back pain, which has significantly improved as a result of working with him. My neck began feeling stiff and I was getting headaches, so I decided it was time to begin my own treatment. In less than a year, I noticed significant improvements in my energy levels and much less headaches and pain. I began exercising for the first time in 15 years, and just felt like my body worked a lot better after being treated. My daughter was experiencing intense asthma with multiple hospital visits per year, and back pain that seemed extreme for an 11-year old. So guess what we did? That's right, she became patient #3 in our family! Our daughter was very apprehensive and fearful about manual adjustments, but Dr. Matt eventually made her feel comfortable because he just has a great, positive energy, and he explains things really clearly. He also made modifications to the adjustments, started slowly, and every time did a little bit more. Fast forward just a few months and her asthma is SO much better, she has better focus with her schoolwork, and her mood has become much less up-and-down. She receives adjustments with complete confidence now. I feel like she would have quit on many chiropractors because of her anxiety, but Dr. Matt eventually won her over. I have a degree in kinesiology and I have worked closely with physiotherapists, massage therapists and osteopaths in my previous career. This was my first experience with chiropractic care, and the results have been even better than I could have imagined. Truly life-changing. Top quality staff always makes you feel welcome here, with a very friendly "family" vibe. Thank you for taking good care of our family.

A great office with friendly staff and very knowledgeable doctors who are focus on client care. I've tried other Chiro offices and this is by far the best, and has given me lasting results.

Would have been nice to know I had to agree to the $3000+ plan in its entirety before committing the initial assessment fee of $185. I would have left if I knew that was the case but I wasnt told until well after the fact. So I hope you can afford around $3k for their plan (which again, you have to agree to before you get a single adjustment) if you walk in there for an initial assessment or you WILL be out $185 and they will not tell you this is the case prior to offering the plan. Nice staff. Shady practices. Edit: i see i have been responded to so let me clarify some things. 1) i have no issue paying for an assessment or an xray, i understand your time and the costs associated. If you read my review, my only issue was not knowing your procedure until AFTER it was spent. 2) "corrective care clinic" means nothing to me as an uninformed customer (in pretty decent pain which I told you) off the street. If that means a plan must be agreed to in full, fine. But that should be laid out in laymens terms so I can make an informed decision, again, before im charged the assessment. 3) during my initial assessment (of which you only provided 1 out of my 3 xrays until I had to ask for and then wait for the rest) you told me a "spot had opened up" and i could come back for an adjustment. Then, as im waiting I sit through a presentation that is apparently "not a sales pitch" with terrible xrays of other people as a scare tactic. After said presentation I get my quote which I have to agree to in full BEFORE you adjust me....but its not a sales pitch??? If you have to say something 5-6 times to get your point accross ("this is not a sales pitch") then something is wrong. 4) im am not doubting your ability as medical professionals, just how you presented it. If you read my review I had nothing to say about your results because I cant speak for them, you have plenty of excellent reviews so im sure you do great. 5) i absolutely did tell you AND your reception (when I first called in) that I was looking for a singular adjustment or two and you didnt recommed anybody. Why did you not recommend someone when you emailed me my xrays? Thats 2 chances to do what you just said you would have. All you did was take subtle shots (and again in your response right here "less of a product") to every clinic that isnt yours. Now, there is what happened. I dont doubt you do good work, but thats not what I said is it? Im not going to respond any further as I have laid out my experience here as it happened to me in the hopes I can inform other people looking for help.

Haseeb, I think it is very important that you realize what you are paying for and what you have been offered. Every patient deserves to have a full assessment and all testing necessary so we can properly understand and determine the best course of action. It is not unreasonable to pay for this. Second, we are a corrective care clinic which means we take the steps necessary to fully correct any issues in the spine in order to restore both spinal and neurological integrity. Depending on the case and how much damage is present will determine how much a patient would pay. Doing the initial assessment allows us to show you what we can do. During your initial appointment we told you on your second appointment you would receive all the information you need including how much and how long. This is the furthest thing from shady and the reason why our clinic is leading the way in spinal health care. If you wanted less of a product then this is absolutely not for you. We will not sacrifice patient care for a few dollars. If you wanted anything less, you should have told us on the first appointment so we could have directed you to one of the other clinics in town that give drop in care.

I have been going for adjustments regularly for the past month and my headaches have stopped and the range of motion in my neck has increased significantly. Dr. Holly is always ready to answer any questions I might have and the rest of the staff are very welcoming every visit. I would highly recommend the Milton Healthy Family Chiropractic.

An excellent experience so far staff friendly, personable and caring thorough clinic. They want people to achieve optimal health thru their skill. I use to have chronic migraines an now hardly suffer a headache praise the Lord for that as well as less back and hip pain.
