Just bought a Prius C from O'Regan's and can't say enough about the professionalism and skill of the team that took care of us ... Michelle, Steve, and especially Andrew Chen. Andrew's knowledge of the hybrid system is extensive - he truly understands and loves these cars and his enthusiasm is infectious. he was thorough, considerate and an absolute delight to work with. I walked in to have a look at a car that I liked. They had me signing the papers for it the same day. It's a great car. I'm glad I bought it. I felt I got a good deal and they made it easy for me to drive it off the lot.

I had a lease on a 2010 Matrix that was coming to and end and wasn't sure if I should do a buyout on that or get into a new lease with Toyota. I met with Tom Richardson at the Halifax and he was absolutely fantastic. I can't say enough about how great he was prior to the appointment due to storms and me needing to re-schedule our meeting a few times. When I was there for out meeting he was so personable and friendly and one of the most helpful salespeople that I have dealt with in any industry. He made sure that I understood all my options and was very patient with all my questions to help me make a big decision as to starting a new lease and which vehicle was right for me. I have dealt with a lot of sales guy in the auto industry and he was the best by far for customer service!! You should be proud to have someone like him working for you at Toyota!

The complete experience was excellent. From the moment of our arrival at the dealership, Steve Murphy was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. He did not try to disuade us from our preferred choice, a new Venza. We wanted another Venza because it most completely suited our needs, ease of entry/exit, comfort, power and accessories. We have recommended him to friends starting their search for another vehicle.

I traded my 2012 Highlander Hybrid for a new 2015 model ordered directly from the factory. Everything went smoothly and the staff at Toyota were excellent.

No complaints regarding Blair. The car was supposed to be cleaned when I picked it up and it wasn't. There was still a parking receipt in the door pocket and the mats were filthy. When there was a mix-up with the winter tires, I was not provided with rims to go with the tires and there were rims with the ones turned in as well as rims with the ones for the car I had used as a trade. Therefore, O'Regan's got two sets of rims and I have none.

Was time to replace my 2004 Toyota Tundra that was bought new from Carl Butler. Toyota had just replace the frame under a recall. I knew exactly what I was looking for. Carl found one at another dealership and brought it in. Carl listened to my requirements and met my requirements. Did not try to sell me something I didn't want. If this Tundra is half the truck as the old one, It might be a while before Carl sells me another truck . However, our 2010 Rav 4 will need an replacement in another 5 years. With Toyota, a 10 year lift span is fact, not fiction.
