I wanted to highlight my experience at Nurse Cadillac. I came in to purchase a brand new Cadillac Escalade and was not the most pleased with the service I received. My sales rep Jugal was amazing, he truly went the extra mile in terms of customer service making recommendations on my wants and needs which is the only reason this is not a 1 star review. I first went, saw the 2023 Cadillac Escalade diesel. After approval from my family I went ahead and did the purchase. Although the vehicle was more expensive than the one I had anticipated to buy I still went for it as it would be the more better choice for me as explained by my sales rep. The dealership informed me that they would do a background search on my vehicle purchase history to ensure I was not an “exporter” I openly allowed them to do so not having hidden anything. Before completing this search they ran my credit, I was approved and they requested additional documentation for my approval which I also provided. I had made arrangements with my accountant and insurance company for the vehicle. I was then informed my the sales manager Paul Goodman, that he would not sell me the vehicle. That there was nothing I could do or say that would change that. Keep in mind this is after I’ve already driven an hour from Etobicoke and back to purchase the vehicle, completed the credit application, had my credit ran and score go down a few points, arrange the downpayment and insurance only to be told that I cannot buy the vehicle because of a vehicle I had purchased a while prior that I had apparently “sold too early”. As far as I understand, what I choose to do with my property is my choice as long as it is within the confines of the law. They explained to me that the vehicle I traded in to purchase my current vehicle (A 2019 Mercedes Benz C63) was sold to a dealer who then sold it to a known exporter. I called the dealer upset that they had broken my trust only for them to explain to me that the vehicle was not exported or had gone anywhere and that the client they sold it to still had the vehicle. I was even sent a picture of the vehicle in the client’s personal collection which I forwarded to Nurse Cadillac. I peacefully and respectfully drove down another hour to the dealership to speak with Paul in person and try to explain the situation to him, I instead had a tough time getting a sentence out, after driving an hour in rough conditions on the 407 and then driving back home feeling insulted, I was extremely upset, I was not given the benefit of the doubt despite providing the Nurse Cadillac with all and any information, pictures they may have needed. I was truly left speechless at the fact that I had come in to spend over $150,000 on an SUV only to be essentially rushed out, my deposit quickly given back and to be told that I could possibly be banned in the future and that I was not forthcoming when I had literally done everything asked of from Nurse Cadillac. But again, what I chose to do with my property ,prior, followed all and any rules set. I have never “exported” a vehicle and do not wish to do so either. I even informed Paul many times that I would be back to trade this in when a more attractive spec was available. I financed this vehicle only because I was told it was the only way it would be sold to me, I put the vehicle in my personal name rather than my company name even though it will be used for my company’s purposes because I was told that was the only way it would be sold to me, I did and provided all that was asked of me in the hopes that both my age and discrepancies would not cause any issues whilst purchasing this vehicle. I respectfully shook everyone’s hand as I left, thanked everyone else for their time I value theirs as much as I’d hoped they valued mine, and left empty handed. At first with the warm atmosphere I was thinking I’d begin a new relationship with Nurse Cadillac even referring friends and family to purchase vehicles from them. But I do not feel as though I will in the future.

I've been going there for years they're usually pretty good I have a Ford vehicle and I bring it to the Chevrolet's dealer because I don't care for the Ford service department Haven't had big disappointments here

Had a terrible experience here, I went in to buy my first truck and trade in my car. The sales person wasted my time and when I got to talking about trading in my car they gave me a insulting low ball offer on my car without even going out to look at it. I would not recommend going here to buy a vehicle

bought a new cadillac through Jugal Tyagi. He's an excellent sales person, not pushy, let me view the vehicle at my leisure but was always on hand for any questions. Would highly recommend Jugal to any future customers

My husband an I have dealt with Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac for many years now, We've recommended the dealership to friends and family. Our salesperson, Gerry Paul has been amazing throughout all of our purchases. He has gone above and beyond for any of our needs. For example, on my recent vehicle purchase he was able to procure, with Pat, the car that I just love. Beautiful inside and out. Gerry is a huge part of why we deal with Nurse Chev. Cadillac.
