Curtis was amazing. He patiently answered my flurry of questions outside of working hours. He even arranged a car pick-up from Vancouver so I could drive my vehicle home.

we had to change out to our spare tire on our way out from kelowna to Vancouver, the folks in service were more than happy to patch our flat tire and get us going again! huge thanks to Candice and Jose!!!!!!

Thank you Jose!! A couple of weeks ago my son and I were on our way to the interior when our 2017 Mazda 3 had some issues and was towed back to the dealership. Jose greeted us and made sure we were comfortable while waiting to get the car in and diagnosed. I'm sure he put us at the top of his list because we were in and out in a short period of time. My car problem turned out to be a minor and quick fix. Jose had us back on the road and back on schedule. So a big thank you to him and his service staff. Very generous service, thank you. Sparky thanks the lady in reception for all her treats.
