The service dept quickly accommodated my service appointment time to fit my schedule. Once there, I was met with happy, fast greeting and confirmation of the service to be provided. I was able to wait and relax in a very comfortable waiting area while my car was serviced. The car was serviced thoroughly and quickly well below the stated estimated time for completion.

I am always comfortable at Brantford Honda. Have a coffee, look at the new cars and relax reading a newspaper or book and television knowing everything will be taken care of very provfessionally.

Minor body work handled expertly

After doing some minor damage to my vehicle, I inquired about getting body work done or replacing the damaged parts. After some discussion - and a hearty recommendation by my Honda Service Adviser Trevor - I decided to proceed with having the body work done at Honda. I was more than impressed with: - description of the work to be done (repair, paint, clear coat) - details of the techniques used for the repair - accuracy of the estimate - expediency of getting the work done - most importantly - the quality of the work. I would not hesitate to deal with Honda in the future for any such related work.

My car is 15 years old, has close to 350,000 kms and performs like the day I first bought it. Brantford Honda has replaced major wear components and diagnosed all performance and safety issues over the past ten years and has done a great job. Note that it is with the later stages of a vehicle's life where service is most critical! At times I have been able to discuss repairs directly with the mechanic which was both informative and reassurring. I found the the costs to be good value and with the exception of dead batteries, the car has never stranded me. Reliability and safety have never been an issue. I appreciate the environment of the dealership; the service department is friendly and upfront with issues and costs. they also offer free internet access and desk space which makes it convenient to do work from their location if I chose to wait.
