Dennis is excellent . He has a vast knowledge of cars and is the prime reason why we use Murray's. We rely completely on Dennis' advice, with all our automotive service needs. Murray Chevrolet is fortunate to have Dennis Mitchell as an employee.

In January 2015 Valerie and I looked to trade our 2009 Equinox for a newer vehicle. We weren't sure exactly what we were going to purchase. Craig was accommodating to let us try different vehicles and too make sure whatever we purchased that we wold be satisfied. We have a few items we had to work out on the trade and the new vehicle purchase. What was most satisfying is how the dealership stood behind their name too make sure we were treated right. We appreciated how Murray's stands behind their name and responds to customer concerns. We buy from this dealership because they always look after us and stand behind their name not just selling one a vehicle but ensure the vehicle you buy you continue to be satisfied with the service of the vehicle after sale.

I had a recall on my Traverse (seatbelt harness) When I phoned to make the appointment, Genevieve was very informing and knowledgeable on what and how long the procedure will take.

Cole Brentnall, my salesman, was knowledgeable and courteous when I walked into Murray Chevrolet to look at a 2015 Chevy Equinox. I did not feel pressured at all to buy a car and appreciated his soft sell approach. I got great service when buying the new car and got the same great service when I came in to buy something as small as floor matts. He met with me and helped me through the purchase and then went outside to put the matts in my car. Cole went the extra mile in every way. I would definitely go back to buy a car from him again the future.

The service provided was excellent. Stefan was knowledgeable and polite. He answered all of my questions. He showed me how things ( ex. radio ) worked in the car. He provided me with a tour so I would know where to go for future services such as oil changes.

I am satisfied with Genevieve's handling of my last service visit, on Feb 5, 2015. I am not pleased, however, with having had to replace transmission cooler lines at a cost of $485 (taxes included). This brings my maintenance costs for this vehicle to nearly $1200 for the first year of ownership, even though I purchased an extended warranty when I bought it. The cooler lines were a specific exclusion on the warranty policy. One of my main reasons for buying from a dealer (instead of privately) is the expectation that the vehicle has been thoroughly checked out and won't cost me a fortune to maintain, at least not right away. If this is what I can expect to spend for annual maintenance on the Equinox, I'm not sure I'll be keeping it very long.
