I left my car with instructions in the box after hours. The maintenance was done and I had left instructions to check the fob because it is not functioning as well as the other fob I have. Amanda was away on that day of pick up and Genevieve left a voice mail at home (I was at work) to say the car was ready. When picking up the car and paying I asked about the car and what had been done, the person said that that should have been done before but he rattled off the work and took payment, not mentioning anything about the fob. The fob is working the same as it did so I take it that no one looked at it. I was disappointed with that and the overall attitude of service people. Amanda had mentioned that she would look into the fob but no one mentioned anything.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from you and there were some issues with it and the staff jumped all over it and helped us out quickly and provided us with a rental vehicle for the duration of the repairs.

Power steering leak fixed, and rear brakes redone, needed truck back for work as quickly as possible, got me a rental truck, and my truck was ready to go first thing the next morning

From initial assessment, the service including shuttle service, repair updates and explanation of service was excellent.

They called me as to what would be required, and told me it would be ready the same day and that the matter was covered by the warranty. I was picked up by the shuttle service at the time given by a friendly face. I felt very comfortable.

My truck had problems starting and my check engine light came on. I got in quickly and my problem was fixed that morning... Excellent service.

Had an engine tune up last year, and this year had the O2 censor replaced and had a vehicle recall fixed on my 2004 grand am. Everyone there is professional and courteous. I've been treated very well. No complaints!

I am having all the services of this car since 2002, especially through Dennis Mitchell. Dennis is a great person and is very kind. I was never disappointed. All other services are great too. That's why I always come here to have my car serviced. Today when I came to have oil change, the oil change manager Matthew told me that the coolant engine fluid level is not very good, there are some back stuff sitting at the bottom of the coolant tank. I did my coolant fluid change last June-July 2014. Matt said they might not have cleaned the tank before filling the fluid as it has only been some months. He spoke to Dennis about it. Dennis told me he would get back to me for this service. As I am a valued regular customer and changed the coolant only some months ago, I sincerely hope you will take of this and change the fluid.
