Very smooth process for purchasing a new vehicle. very thorough and detailed. Documents all done and ready, no complaints. Other than your dealership NEEDS to be open Saturday morning. Not Tim's fault but I find this a huge inconvenience and means I need to use other dealerships or mechanics for maintenance.

Tim Fenech had all the info.put together on a 2014 serento ,and in the bay out of the weather,when we arrived .Tim was very helpful when going over the vehicle,and asked us many time if we had any questions .Thanks to Tim we are now proud owners of a new 2014 serento. I would highly recommend Tim Fenech if you are in need of a new vehicle and want to know you are being listen to, not pushed to buy something you don't need or is out of your budget and also a very awesome person to be dealing with when it's a huge experience like it was for me to get a new vehicle!
