Since we did not drive the vehicle too much during this pandemic, we were allowed to reschedule the regular maintenance for a couple of times. From early notifications, booking adjustment and service qualities at the shop received (including a temporary car rental during service time) are excellent experiences. I am very happy being a customer of Tony Graham Lexus.

My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the timeliness and courtesy we experienced throughout our buying experience at Tony Graham Lexus. Tan Vo - Sales Consultant with Tony Graham Lexus in West Hunt Club in Nepean, what a great guy to deal with and as long as he is with Tony Graham Lexus, he has my future business, guaranteed! Shirley Cheung - Leasing & Financial Services Manager, was a pleasure to with for the purchasing process. Back for service and as usual, the entire service department was excellent The vehicles themselves are the best - that is why I keep getting them. this is my 8th Lexus..........but it is the entire Tony Graham team that makes their customers feel like family and you can always count on them - true professionals
