This is my second CRV with Palladino and I could not be more satisfied. Rob Rouleau, my Salesman, was amazing as always and just everything was run very smoothly. And of course can’t forget that the price was right for me. Thanks again Palladino.

friendly accommodating staff

I purchased a new civic hatchback car since my previous Civic sedan was totaled. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a slight problem the day I was originally supposed to pick up the car and it would not be ready but they had a vehicle brought to my work for me to use until the car was ready which was very accommodating for me since I live an hour out of town. Overall everything went well and I am happy with my new car.

This is my second vehicle with Palladino Honda and with Rob Rouleau as my Salesman. Rob is excellent, knowledgeable and he really takes the time to explain so many details with you. He is very patient, excellent personality, and really made me feel comfortable with everything that is involved in purchasing my new vehicle. I will definitely recommend him as a Salesman to anyone. Many more repairs than I could have anticipated

It is hard to describe the appointment as "positive" when you get an estimate for $1200 of repairs when you took your vehicle in for an oil change and brake cleaning. That was an incredibly high cost report to get and the person at the service desk didn't soften the blow and acted like it was normal. In the past the service person at least said they would try to take a percentage off since the repairs were all being done together.

My first service visit.Lovely waiting room ,shared with customers who were obvious fans of Palladino Honda.Now I know why.P.S. the cost was less than expected,since when does that happen at a dealer(usually need heart medication)
