they did not properly set the tire sensor after putting on the winter tires

I had a service B and changing of my tires to the winter tires that were on rims. A few weeks after getting the tires changed my tire sensor went off. The tires were all inflated to the correct pressure. I knew I wouldn't be able to get into the Honda service place without a lot of hassles so went to the place I had purchased the tires a few years ago. They had to properly reset the sensor and I have not had any problems since. This is the third time I have not been happy with the service. They did not properly assess my battery during a previous B service and my neighbour had to remove corrosion and then I had to replace it in the next month. As well when they replaced the navigation direction they disrupted the cable that allowed me to put my back seats down and up again. This took 3 visits to be corrected.

Love my car. Salesman Craig Bertrand did a great job. Just wish I had built-in XM radio. I personally didn't have a lot of time to shop for a vehicle so that is unfortunate I didn't catch that. Finance guy was thorough and Jessica was helpful.
