Everytime we come for a quick oil change it is a production. first time 2 hrs. last time they took my car a again for a quick alignment check which I didn't ask for. Just a oil change

My family and I have been bringing our vehicles to Murrays for close to 15 years. We continue to come back year after year because of the top notch service we have always received. The service reps are always knowledgeable and easy to reach. I always recommend their services to my friends and family.

Brought the vehicle in for a maintenance check and possible oil leakage. Parts had to be ordered and service dept would call when the parts were in. Decided at that time to order an extra key for the vehicle. About a week and a half went by with no calls from Murray so decided to call the service dept and was told the parts and the extra key was in (no one bothered to call us that the parts were in) so I made an appointment a few days later to bring the car in. Car was dropped off and again was told the key was in, repairs were done and when I picked up the car the key was not in!!! Not sure what's going on, so I spoke to Dennis who told me the key would be in the following week and he would call me. Well it's been two weeks with NO CALL again regarding the extra key!!! Still waiting for the key. Terrible customer service.

Stopped in for an oil change in support of my warranty. A bit of a wait to get in, but service agent let us know the wait time and we stayed. I took the opportunity to book my vehicle in for repair because of recent fender bender. Collision department were very helpful and booked my vehicle in, explaining what needed to be done, arranging a loner and ordering parts. I've come to expect this type of service from Murray Chev. Enjoy my interactions at this location and was main reason I purchased my vehicle from this location. Thank you.

I enjoy coming to Murray's. I like looking at the new cars in the showroom and sitting with the paper. or watching TV while I am waiting Staff is very helpful, esp. Peter who remembered my name and called me by it. My only suggestion would be to get better quality coffee if possible! :)

I pulled up to the doors and waited 10 min.outside . A customer was allowed in at the door beside me so I waited. When I did get in there were people waiting to be attended to and getting frustrated for waiting. The gentleman that was let in before me had not been attended to and was wandering from podium to podium interrupting and being rude to customers because he felt he was owed service first. There was no control of this customer unfortunately. When I was attended to I had to go to a service desk that was at the other end of the shop.Just a little confusing that there was not enough manpower first thing in the morning when the appt. was made a 2 weeks ahead.
