Just had my Oil Change, and it took only 45 minutes, with discount from the tech adviser...thanks a lot...last time it took 3 hours because of the new tech advicer didn't even told me that the job was done, and there I was waiting for NOTHING!! Advice your other Technicians to tell your customers that the job for there car is done, was that so hard to do?? Well job today

Few weeks ago, I went to Winnipeg Honda for test drive Honda CR-V and salesperson was Mr. Johnson Nguyen. When I ask him time to make my FINAL decision, then his attitude and behavior was totally changed. He acted like he came from third world country. Probably customer service training is the best solution. Hoping, Management will talk with salesperson Johnson Nguyenas soon
