The defrost air was not circle. up as it s.b. & still is not great. just wanted

Not a great result each time I have come in. Light was on about tire pressure & was still on when taking the vehicle had to re enter shop for air.

Tanner was consistently polite and friendly, as well as knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was helpful in determining our needs and respectful of our financial requirements. There was some confusion about information related to the interest rates. A suggestion to help future customers: inform them ahead of time that when picking up their new vehicle they will need to set aside some significant time to learn about their new purchase...and you might consider designing a sheet to record the various login/password information related to vehicle features - our info ended up on the back of a few different business cards, which were hard to decifer at a later date. All in all it was a satisfactory experience and I would recommend Tanner's services to others.
