Quick and easy

Honda on Waverly provided me with a new latch for opening the hood of my Rav 4, and also were very respectful and kind when explaining to me how to unlock the key from the ignition, when they could have laughed in my face. The service was done faster than expected, and I really appreciate that.

Didn't do what they said they'd do

After speaking with the service technician, I mentioned that my winter tires had a ton of rust on them and needed to be cleaned before putting them on my car. He said, no problem, that they would be cleaned up before being put on. They weren't cleaned at all and look horrible. Other than that, everything was fine.

I had an amazing experience while I was there. I took my son there too, and the service was really great and quick and took less than 2 hours. Julan is a really great guy and he made the whle car buying experience a lot simpler and a lot less of a hassle! Really good staff too!

The sales person completely understood what we were looking for and took the time to show us exactly what we wanted.

The sales person completely understood what we were looking for and took the time to show us exactly what we wanted. He gave us time to look at the vehicles and discuss it between ourselves without hovering, and he made himself available to us to answer questions. If he did not know the answer, he was honest with us and made the effort to find the answer for us. He found a vehicle on the lot that met our needs exactly. Unfortunately we did not have enough funds to purchase what he found for us, but now we know exactly what we are looking for and how much cash we need to have.
