I have to drop my rating of Palladino Honda from a 4 to 1 star. In the past, my experience has been pretty good. My absolutely favorite thing about Palladino was their online booking! I used to tell everyone that booking for service was so easy as you didn't have to call anyone and could easily choose your slots. Welp, as of now, that convenience is gone. The online system is horrible, slow and makes you choose an advisor, which makes zero sense because the slots available aren't even valid (like Canada Day, as example). On top of that, you can't cancel the appointment easily, as the system doesn't let you reopen appointments. Horrible software - their website has gotten so much worse as well to the point you can barely click on anything. I ended up taking my car to Moonglo Auto and was surprised by how great the service and booking was there. My only though is that Palladino has reached that point where theyve grown too fast and no longer care about customers. It was a good run, but I will surely take my business elsewhere in the future.

Bought a 2015 Tiguan with 20k on it about 6 months ago. It had a broken windshield which Honda replaced, however they broke the driver side wiper arm in the process. Since I’ve had the car the wiper has broken 3 times and is now not covered under warranty with VW since Honda tried to fix it in the first place. Honda now refuses to honour this part since I am out of the 6 month window. I would avoid their used car department.

I had bought my honda civic roughly 3 months ago, great car, but the service you receive after you sign papers and drive off the lot is poor. for exemple, I was promissed 2 complimentary oil changes, which was given to me in a gift card (Pallidino honda gift card) which can only be used in Sudbury. I recently moved to Barrie, and the card is basicly garbage from what they are telling me and will not do anything for me in this case. moral is: don't expect much after you sign the papers, they will tell you you're a part of they're family...it's bs.

I have spoken to our General Manager and if you can return the gift card he will provide you with a cheque worth the amount of the card. We’re sorry for the trouble!

Had to go back and forth until the proper clamps were installed to the antifreeze system. The antifreeze kept leaking because poor quality clamps were installed.
