Our installer was very informative, taking the time to answer any of our questions. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend Bath Fitters to anyone.

Leaky tub

Things looked good initially but I now have water leaking from the drain in the tub and pouring into my basement. I'm very disappointed and feel like I paid to much money and should have went with another option when replacing my tub.

Reinstallation of grab bars

The wrong style of screws were used, should be round headed. Rust was not cleaned off bars before reinstalling.

Shower installtion

Removal of tub and install new shower. Technician did demo cleaned up mess removed debris . Installed new shower including all plumbing.

Chandler arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was completed. We are very pleased to have a new tub and tub wall along with attractive grab bars and curved rod. My wife and I are very pleased and are taking more showers and baths just to enjoy the new "digs".

Was so pleased with the installation of my new tub surround and ceiling dome. This is the second time I used Bathfitters and would certainly get them again and request Glen to do the work. We had our tub removed and a full shower installed. The work was done exactly as we were told and there was no mess left behind. Glen, our installer, was very professional !
