I had to make 4 separate visits to the service department before they could identify the problem and finally fix it.

They replaced the TPMS monitor twice before finally telling me that the rim was corroded and the seal with the tire was leaking air.

Charge Battery light was on...battery failed on test. I was over the 6 month Palladino Promise mark by a month, but the battery on my vehicle was covered...i did not have to pay a cent...Thank you!! ....Excellent Service again and again.

Getting an oil change and Diff flush should not take 2 hours when I have an appointment at 9am and waiting for my pilot

Waiting 2 hours for an oil change and Diff flush is disrespectful of your clients time. My appointment was at 9 am and didn’t get my vehicle back until 11am. I was waiting for my vehicle. Not impressed
