Great customer service experience with the sales rep named Matthew. It was honestly a breath of fresh air compared to other sales reps I have dealt with in the past. He was very personable, patient and seemed actually trustworthy. Def recommend! Thanks again

I have had nothing but a bad experience with this dealership. They took a $500 dollar deposit to search for a specific car as they didn't have stock. We decided the next day that we didn't want to go with them any more for various reasons. They then told me they couldn't refund the money that day. So, we waiting for a refund. Nothing happened. We eventually got hold of Leonardo. He said they would send a cheque out. Even going as far as to confirm our address. A week later there was still no check. So, we called back. Leonardo said he didn't tell us he would mail a cheque and that the cheque was waiting to be picked up. Again though, they told us again they would send a cheque. The cheque finally arrived 7 days later.
