Very pleasant and informative through the whole car buying experience

The staff at Orangeville Honda were very pleasant to deal with.. Very impressed with the thoroughness of the delivery process.. Was impressed at the amount of time they took to go through all the features of the car in detail.

The experience in all was a good one . You can tell that sales people aren't commissioned as it was harder to get a call back in relation to Nissan .. The salesperson their called me all the time...that was the only negative as the car sells itself .

pulled into the lot, was greeted with respect and was given ample time with the salesman who was very easy to get along with who gave us a few vehicles to test drive on our own to get a good experience of what the vehicle is like ... no complaints and will return

Salesman never bothered to return my call after i bought an hhr from them.The scratches i was told would be taken care of,they weren't..side mirrors do not work.

Experience at Orangevill Honda

It was amazing to walk in spontaneously for some information and then learn about my options that my previous dealership never shared with me. Best part was that whatever was explained to me actually happened. There were not surprises. We dealt directly with Shane Lynch and it was pleasure. Also after we picked up our van, we had a few questions/concerns and Shane addressed immediatly and professionally.

Initial experience was great but our insurance agent couldn't work with dealership so we had to do some paperwork that the dealership claimed they would take care of. Insurance agent said this is the first time a dealership such a problem to work with
