I got oil changed. Was told wheel alignment was off, and there’s leakage some where. I know wheel alignment has no problem as was checked by your service gentlemen due to my car accident. It was wet the day I had oil change and there’s water dripping. I found no leakage of any on any other day. I like the kind gentleman who looked after my car after the accident. But the lady who responsible for oil change gave me incorrect info regarding non alignment and leakage.

I brought my truck in for an oil change, fix my clock and fix my tire . The did the oil change and the rest of the work, which was done with what they did and at a short period of time so I could get on with the rest of my day

We had an issue with the brake lights staying on. At first we took it to another Chevrolet dealership and were basically written off. Later we took it to Murray’s and Ryan found the problem right away and ordered parts. The next week it was all fixed and good to go.

My Suburban is a 2016 and had approx. 65000- 70,000 KM.on the vehicle. (just over the bumper to bumper warranty) I was informed all 4 shocks were leaking and they were not covered under warranty. The offer to replace them was given to me but at an unreasonable cost even at a discounted price. I believe this is a manufactures problem of defective equipment or production and I don't feel I should have to pay for a manufactures problem. If you or GM change their minds and would like to consider replacing these for no charge please get back to me. Regards Don

My experience was the worst I ever had. After 4 vehicles purchased with Murray I was treated terribly by the service manager. I regret giving Murray Chev the business to repair my truck.
