Currently waiting on an oil change, it’s so far taken an hour and a half and I am still here, oil changes shouldn’t take this long. About an hour in I asked how much longer it might take and was told they would check in with the technicians, 30 minutes later I still haven’t heard anything. Not impressed.

From my first visit to Experience Hyundai, until today when we finalized our purchase and drove away, we had exceptional no-pressure advice and suggestions from Kas Ghadban. On my first visit to Hyundai, which was only one of several different car dealerships I had visited, Kas spent probably an hour or more with me, answering my questions and getting me a test drive. When I left the dealership that day there was not once that I felt pressured in any way to make a purchase or to commit to any deal. Kas found us the vehicle that met all of our requirements and expectations, and did so in a very professional and respectful way. We found the same with all of the staff we spoke to. Our decision was an easy one. We decided ourselves that we wanted this vehicle, and then Kas made it happen. This was definitely the most pleasant experience I have had buying a car, and I know where I will go next time. Thanks for everything Kas!!
