My husband brought his Ram for a problem with a sensor and when his truck was ready to pick up the receptionist told him that they have hit a post and now the truck needs body repairs. This truck had no scratch or dents and now because of a careless mechanic the truck needs a new running board, body work, a rim and a tire. Wow....No one appologized just like if this is normal for them to do that. They have lost our trust and our 3 vehicles will now be services at DOYLE.

Spare Key Made

My new vehicle did not have a spare key so I had to bring it in at a later date to get a new spare key made..good service no surprises.

I appreciate the nurse rate for my oil change. Thank you for supporting us frontline workers through this pandemic. Makes me proud to be a nurse again ?. The manager was GREAT as well as the staff at the desk.

I didn't like having to wait outside in the somewhat cold rainy weather the day of my oil change. (Waiting to pay). My suggestion is that maybe there can be a temporary shelter in the mean time during this pandemic...otherwise, it was a good experience.
