I have gone to this place 3 separate times, and I will NEVER go again. They are in the business of scamming people. I’ve had the same issue with my vehicle for over a year and within this year I’ve gone Chrysler 3 times to fix the issue but it has been left broken each time. I have asked that my final trip I shouldn’t be charged considering I’ve been charged over $500 two times for the same issue with no fix. Conveniently this company has “lost” my invoices and documents and say that I will have to pay again because “I’ve never been here” even though my bank statements prove the charges and dates of my appointments. This is beyond sketchy and I do NOT recommend this place to take care of your car, there are plenty of other respectable and reasonable mechanics in town.

Jamie, we are disappointed to hear about your experience with us. We have looked up your screen name provided from Google and can't seem to find that name in our system records. Could you please reach out to our General Manager, Jason at your earliest convenience 705-566-8400 ext.1410 as he would like to further discuss this situation with you. Thank you.

All of the staff were very nice and friendly. Walked me through the service process and explained everything clearly.

Found a pre-owned car online at the dealership, scheduled a test drive. I had to reorganize my entire day to get to the place, since it was right after work. After arriving, some very frustrating news: the car was not even at the dealership. And not even a phone call from their end to tell me about that. I tried to schedule another day to visit, but received no follow up. I don't understand if it was a specific issue with one of the salesperson, but first impression is what counts, right?

Run from Dodge and buy ANY other brand. Service guys were patient with us when we were angry with another multi-thousand dollar bill. Mainly I'm here to say, from multiple experiences, that if you buy a Dodge, you should be willing to spend $5000-$15,000 a year on repairs. (Not exaggerating) The shuttle drivers were both a delight. The service advisor Ken was responsive and kept his cool during some very tense moments. I can’t say that the problems we are continuously having have much to do with the people who work here. The problem is likely with Dodge vehicles as a whole and that’s why we have constant issues even after 2 weeks in the shop. This hasn’t been a one vehicle problem either. If you insist on buying a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge, I would suggest you reconsider but if you’re looking to fix it, which you will be, you’ll likely be treated respectfully here. You might get a $7000 bill, but they won’t be rude to you, even when you’re rude to them first. To Ken, we are truly sorry we lost our cool and “shot the messenger” and we appreciate, and recognize, your patience and calm demeanour. Thanks to Ken and the shuttle drivers for make a terrible day less terrible than it could have been. The facility itself is really nice.
