In October 12th, 2022, I asked my husband to inquire about mud guards replacement as ours started to fall off and also about a change oil. Went to this dealership, talked to the Customer service rep on duty. Husband said he didn't feel welcome as the rep wasn't accommodating. so I called that same week, booked for the mud guards and change oil for Nov. 7th as we were from out of town. Came November 7th, left vehicle at 1pm, change oil done at 330ish but we were told that mud guards need to be ordered (which we understood but hoped that they have informed us when we got there). This same day, we ordered a full Winter tire package, booked for Dec 5th for both the mud guards replacement and change to winter tires. November 14th, I got a voicemail saying the mud guards arrived. Came December 5th, dropped the Carnival at 11am. Winter tires done by 4pmish, we were back there at 230, waited patiently and when I was about to pay, rep said they ordered the wrong mud guards. i would have appreciated it if they've told me while we were in the waiting room and not (again), when I was about to pay. So this time, I told the lady that I was really frustrated. We had to book anothet appointment for the mud guards just because they ordered the wrong ones. I waited for their call to let me know if the mud guards arrived. Nothing. So I called December 20th to follow up and true enough, the mud guards are there but I didn't receive an update and since it's the Holidays, I waited to call them today to book an appointment for the mud guards. I was told they were open Saturdays. I was hoping to book for Jan.14th but guy said they are closed Saturdays. So booked for Jan 10th and hopefully this time, the mud guards replacement can be FINALLY done. And btw, after I told the rep that I was frustrated (Dec 5th appointment), I felt like the warm welcome they gave us when we ordered the winter tires was all gone. All I wanted was what we booked for done at the time of our appointment. It shouldn't take this long (from October 2022 to January 2023) for the mud guards replacement. Just a frustrated customer here, that's all.
