Scheduled routine with progress assessment tools has helped relieve the pain I usually get, especially around busy/stressful times of the year. The x-ray assessments were a big selling point and very informative in helping me understand why I experienced the pain I did and help me be a part of my care routine on the road to better health rather than just treating symptoms.

Amazing service and very friendly staff. Dr. Matt Posa does great job and answers all our questions. So is Dr. Denise. They give good information regarding healthy spine and health in general.

Dr. Posa and his team members are amazing. I loved the fact that Dr. Posa took time to educate my family and I on why we needed chiropractic care as well as he outlined a detailed schedule for our spine care. I do feel energetic after each adjustments. Dr Denise is very kind and gives me an accurate picture of what is going on with my spine. Lindsay and Sherry are very caring and offered to take care of my little one while I am getting my spine adjusted. I can confidently say that Dr Posa and his team members are knowledgeable, genuine and extremely caring professionals. I highly recommend their practice. Thanks for being there for me and my family.

Dr. Posa and his team members are amazing. To anyone who is interested or is currently seeing a chiropractor, please do your research before you receive treatment and educate yourself. Its important to know the risks that come from receiving chiropractic treatment and make an educated decision. Its very tempting to get sucked into good sales tactics, and buy into the stats and disturbing images they show you, then they lead you to believe they can prevent and cure your ailments! This is not a proven science and can lead to further injury an in some cases paralysis and death. Yes, there are risks with everything, even taking an anti-inflammatory but is a headache worth further injury, or in some cases dying from? Just do yourself and your family a favour and google risks of chiropractic, its scary out there!

Linda, I struggle to understand the reason for leaving a fear driven review about chiropractic care. You were even referred by a patient who has experienced amazing results. Both and AMA and the CMA back Chiropractic care for anyone suffering from spinal issues because the science continually demonstrates that chiropractic is both very effective and safe. Especially when compared to drugs and surgery, we are unmatched by our patient satisfaction rate and results. I struggle to understand why you would take the time to write a negative review about something you have not experienced or decided to even try.

Thought I would try a local chiropractor, I used one before 5 yrs ago but he is far away. Didn't like all the sales pitches and business edict. Had to fight to get my x-rays sent to my Doctor even though I was told it would be no problem, but they did eventually get sent after many calls and emails just so I would change my original review that was a little harsher than this one. $180 for some x-rays and a sales pitch seminar (never treated my back at all) is too much in my opinion. Went back to my chiropractor, well worth the drive. Because I cant comment on your comment here is my response; First paragraph incorrect, 5 yrs ago I did have xrays done by this chiropractor. Didn't get them done this time because I told him I have some xrays already from your office. Second paragraph incorrect, you only sent xrays after almost a week of phone calls and emails and your refusal to send them even though before I decided to go elsewhere you said it would be no problem to send my xrays if I want, then offered to send them only if I give you more money then only after a bad review did you offer to send my xrays if I change the review. Third paragraph incorrect, the only reason I decided to go else where was the agressive sales tactics. I'm sure you would have done a great job fixing my back. The negative review was because how you handled the xrays, I never would have made the bad review just because I didn't like the sales tactics.

Dave your review is not an accurate depiction of the service that you have received during your visit. You came in with a serious spinal issue something that we took careful attention towards in order to properly diagnose with a detailed examination including X-ray analysis. We also provided you with a detailed exam findings and gave you a full report about your condition which included a detailed treatment outline in order to fix the problem. We only provided you with the means to a solution. You chose not to start your care. Your review is in no way a reflection on our level of service nor is it deserving of your negative review. In many cases patients have come to us frustrated that their health care provider never took the time to properly explain and help them understand what is happening and what they can do to get better. This is exactly what we did and yet you chose to give us a negative review based on us going above and beyond the current standards of care. Your review is not fair and misleading to others. Our office continually strives to provide the highest level and quality chiropractic care on the planet and our office has been rewarded and recognized on many occasions for doing so. Dr. Posa
