after a sub par experience with a porsche dealer closer to home, we reached out to this location and it was smooth sailing from beginning to end. it was definately worth the drive down to get exactly what we wanted in the most pleasant way possible.

The sale person I dealt with, Mike McNeely is extremely knowledgeable about Porsche products. He is easy to deal with and very polite. Overall my experience at Mark Motors has always been positive. I would not hesitate to recommend both Mike and Mark Motors.

The sale person I dealt with, Mike McNeely is extremely knowledgeable about Porsche products. He is easy to deal with and very polite. Overall my experience at Mark Motors has always been positive. I would not hesitate to recommend both Mike and Mark Motors.

Twice I visited looking for a car. I felt like an imposition on the sales team. Offers were confusing my concerns were dismissed. I wanted a different sales person . Once he wrote the contract I never heard from him again, not hello goodbye thank you for your business etc....That being said Kathleen was great to deal with. So was Simon who actually delivered the car

Work done successfully...took way longer than advised/suggested.

I had had a consistent tyre imbalance since I took possession. The dealership quickly made an appointment to fix it and did. The only issue was that they predicted it would take an hour and it took just over two. Had I known, I would have planned on something. But the work was done and done successfully.

Had two of my cars serviced at Mark Motors in one week and had to share how pleased I was with the overall experience. In both instances, it was remarkable how well my files were managed by both the service adviser(s) and the mechanic performing the work. I was welcomed professionally, work completed promptly and know to be a high level of quality. The invoice was well explained upon completion and the car was returned to me very clean indeed. In retrospect, not sure if I could have had a better service experience now that I write this. Now if they would give me a $ 50.00/ hr shop rate, I'd give them six stars! :)
