semi annual maintenance

Fully informed what had to be done prior to attendance. Work was completed as scheduled and progress items fully explained while I waited. Very satisfied.

The CRV was brought in for its B service and winter tire change over. The service representative was exceptional and courteous and had my CRV ready to go in half the time usually required for the services done. Bravo Palladino Honda.

Routine oil and filter change. Dan at the service desk was very helpful and came to consult on another minor matter and to get my approval. As it wasn't an issue I had noticed, I declined and there was no pressure. My husband later informed me that he had noticed that same issue... lol, I know what we'll be doing on the next visit.

Every single time I have been to the service department at Palladino Honda I feel compelled to give a glowing review. The service advisors are always proffesional, welcoming, and knowledgable, and I'm always pleasantly surprised by some element of the service I receive.
