The used vehicle we purchased was in need of repairs. We were promised before purchasing it that this work would be done immediately. It took three months of calling and hounding multiple people to have it completed. It finally was taken in for a week of repairs. When we picked it up, some repairs they had promised still had not been completed along aide the rest and we had to call multiple people once again to get it done at our own inconvenience. We had three rental cars during this ordeal. To top that off, they removed our stroller seat from the trunk of the vehicle and never replaced it and told us we were wrong and that they didn’t have it when told them it was missing. Multiple messages and calls later, they found it in their shop after stating “the work we did wouldn’t cause us to even enter your vehicle, let alone remove something.” It was honestly the worst experience purchasing a vehicle that I have ever had or even heard of from others. I will never deal with Winnipeg Crown Honda and will certainly warn my friends and family

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Dustin Davie was a big help, he is so friendly and I didn’t feel pressured at all. He made the experience very smooth. My car was all ready for me when I went to pick it up and it was super clean. I am very satisfied and I love my new CRV! Thanks Dustin.
