If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed. Horrible customer service. I have been trying to buy out my lease. I have been given conflicting information. i have been told someone will call me back, and then no one calls me back. I have asked to book an appoint 5 times- and no one will help me book an appointment or secure a time. Today I called and asked to speak to the sales Manager to help me, because its been two weeks of back and forth, and my lease is up in 6 days. I did not use rude language whatsoever, I was expressing my concerns, to a Manager (I am also a Manager at my job, and it is our job to listen to and address customer concerns) and he straight up told me he has zero obligation to help me and I should go somewhere else. This man cut me off several times while I was calmly talking, and made me feel so small. I'm digusted and SO upset. Horrible horrible customer service.

Took my wife’s corvette in for some work and a detail package the gold one When I got car back was not impressed they said they waxed it so I talked to department manager he just said it looked to him it was waxed and walked away and left me standing there with out even talking about it will be talking to the owner of dealership on Monday don’t ever get your car detailed there

I have been informed that you were disappointed that the wax application did not improve or repair paint damage on your vehicle and that the service manager left the conversation after repeated attempts to convey this.
