What a breath of fresh air! Kudos to Debbie in the service department. It is seldom that I have experienced the type of thoroughness and follow-up that Debbie displayed while my vehicle was in the shop waiting for the different testing that needed to take place, the long wait for parts to arrive, and finally the repair. It took over six weeks from the time my vehicle entered the shop until it was repaired, but I never had to call in to find out the status of my vehicle as Debbie continually updated me (at least weekly) with a brief text advising me of the status. It gave me confidence in Murray Hyundai's ability and that my needs would be addressed. Well done Debbie!

Faran Ahsan was super helpful and calming when we spoke to him while we were navigating through the our engine problems with our 2014 Santa Fe. Parts were ordered in a timely fashion and he kept us updated every step of the way. Awesome customer service all with a smile. A++ 5 stars! Thank you.

Jacqueline was able to get me an awesome car, and a finance plan despite my poor credit situation. I had a few issues after bringing car home and checking it out more, and I was a bit angry, left a message with Jacqueline and website, and she made it right asap, offered to have the vehicle detailed. I was a angry because of a stain in back seat, dirty trunk, and garbage inside middle console and glove box. I checked out some paperwork and saw that wipers had a torn note jotted down, and I was a bit angrier. Anyway, she called me, sorted it out, and explained that wipers were torn, but that's a safety thing and would be noted yes on checklist inspectionetc., but they were also replaced. So, I was wrong to get angry about that. I saw "torn wiper blade", and thought great, now I have to buy new blades for a car I just got. They were not prepared that I would take vehicle that morning I guess, so vehicle not properly detailed, so maybe that's why it was kinda dirty. Offered to pick up vehicle, clean it, and drop off this week. Overall, very good customer service, and Jacqueline is very nice, works hard to get things to work out, which I do appreciate very much. I thought I had a good deal considering my situation. Jacqueline got me a great deal all things considered with my bad credit. She was off following day to go over the deal, but said her partner would help me out. I text Craig her partner in the morning and asked if a shuttle was possible, only to be told no shuttle service, but I could be picked up if need be. I thought that was rude, considering I was told a shuttle could bring me to the dealership the day before. I told Craig I'd get there myself. Than I get a few texts telling me all good, I can get picked up. I was already annoyed a tad bit, so said I'd get there myself again. I suppose I should have decided at that point to go elsewhere, but Jacqueline was so awesome day before. I get to the dealership, a fella comes up introduces himself, he's Jackie's partner. He tells me he almost sold the car this morning at 9am that I had discussed with Jackie yesterday (she said she'd hold it so I could see it), knowing full well I was coming. Clearly a game here, but again, I ignored and continued to office. I asked about a cheaper vehicle evening before as well , and if I could see that one too (I can't afford too much, and wanted to see cost on that). I was made to feel bad because Jackie had worked really hard on the deal that was written up and ready to go on the much higher priced vehicle. I felt like I had to go with the higher price vehicle because I felt awful asking to see the cheaper vehicle, and the work that would be involved to change. The vehicle discussed was really nice, bigger than I wanted, but I was excited too because it had low mileage, outside looked good etc. I regret not looking at the cheaper vehicle, but I felt so bad for even asking when I got to the office. I was told the vehicle was in perfect condition, no problems whatsoever. I signed the papers, taking Craig's word no issues (Yes, I am dumb/naive at times, want to believe the best). Anyway, got insurance nearby, Craig showed me buttons real quick on car afterwards, and off I went back to work (bought vehicle on lunch break). After work, I was checking vehicle out more, and there's a weird stain in the back seat, garbage inside the middle console, kinda dirty with crumb dirt in spots, trunk had a few grass chunks, and the last person's registration was still in glove box. They didn't even clean the vehicle. I went over the paperwork a bit more after the dirty discoveries in the car, and there's a document that notes the wipers are broken. I was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Ugh... so frustrating I question my judgement. I wish I'd looked at that cheaper vehicle, it was more in my price budget, and not let guilt get the better of me. Craig made me feel bad right away for having asked, because he told me how Jacqueline worked so hard to get me the deal I got. I do believe if took effort too, I was rejected at more than one place already, I was grateful for help. I took someone's word, and now I have to fix wipers right after buying, it's not 100% what I wanted, nice as it is, don't get me wrong. I do appreciate Jacqueline's effort. I should be happy, but I feel like a sucker a bit, manipulated to go with the higher priced vehicle. Urgency to take the deal also thrown at me when I get there and told he was going to sell it at 9:00 to someone else, but apparently Jackie told him not too. If something is too good to be true, it probably is. Should be happy to get a car, but I don't feel happy at all. In it for too much money, cars bigger than I feel comfortable driving. I should have walked away. That's on me for dumb choice. Craig should not have made me feel bad either about wanting to see that cheaper vehicle, and should have told me the wipers were broken on this car, and the car should have been cleaned out better really. Jacqueline is awesome, Craig seemed nice enough, if not a touch odd manner, but definitely sketch and only cares about the money. I'm naive and made a pricey impulsive purchase because of my difficult situation and not sure I could do better.

Josh Doria & Wade Clisby at Murray took care of me in an emergency with my G70 today. I hit a pothole that blew out my front driver's tire and I needed it dealt with now. With no prior notice for an upcoming business trip that involves 4,000 km over 4 weeks across the prairies. The boys got me fixed up and Darrel returned Jenny back to my driveway and took the loaner back with him before 6 hours passed. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! I just want to replace my other vehicle, and I am being in Show room 10mins no one even look at me, all I hear just a front desk person tell me that car is sold, I can't show you, and we are in the lot for extra 15mins still noone show up. Well looked like you guys don't want my business
