Marc at the car lot was so helpful with getting my husband and I in our new terrain! The experience was quite pleasant and not like other dealerships I've been to. They treat you as a human 1st, not just as a sale.

The car lot was nothing but amazing. From start to finish they were easy to deal with and treated me great. My salesman was Dave Allard and he was a pleasure. I will definitely be buying all my cars from here from now on!!! 10/10 would recommend

If there was a zero star rating it would be applied. I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago from the car lot, ever since purchased my engine light has been on and off, my turn signal was GLUED back onto the base of my steering wheel. I brought my car in for services, they play around with my time, kept my car until 5pm and instead of telling me they were busy, they tell me they couldn't find anything wrong.. yet my dash is lit up like a tree ...The most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with, miscommunication, false information, and they tell you something and don't follow through. I had my car serviced, they couldn't figure out the problem, and I was sent to airway auto to then have to pay the labour for something that should have been covered by the car lot, and or told that it would have been, as there mechanics couldn't find out what was wrong. Thank gosh for airway auto they are amazing! Also Justin, is beyond unprofessional, and doesn't know how to communicate with customers, if your un-pleased and express as such... He'll just hangup on your face.. and from the stories I've hear which are nothing but bad.. you'd think he'd of educated himself how to de-escalate a situation, and please customers,not hang-up on your face. In the end... My car sensors were dirty and needed to be cleaned, I paid $223.00 for someone to clean my sensors, when the carlot didn't even take it into consideration🤦♀️, they just give up.. tell you they don't have the technology with also paying there deductible of $150.00....seriously sad.. $370 dollars later 😡(and to clarify not that I need to, I never called him ANY NAMES, nor would I do such to anyone, I just had a tone as I'm beyond frustrated with my experiences, I'm genuinely a nice/bubbly person) My mother's vehicle was to be buffed, the person at the car lot who does such things wasn't there, they handed a buffer to some Joe for them to ruin my mother's cars paint job.. Nor I, my sister, or mother have has a good experience. And I will never recommend this dealership to ANYONE EVER! BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Very nice , modern dealership. Steve set us up very quickly with the Van that we needed. Ryan was also great to deal with. Overall a decent experience.

I cannot say enough great things about the Car lot . From the time I spoke on the phone to Mark Lafleur I knew that it was going to be a great experience! I have left with my dream car and I am beyond grateful and happy ! I would recommend them to anyone looking for their perfect vehicle . They provide second to none knowledge and service !
