Bunch of unprofessional people. Dont buy anything from this place. Very bad customer service.

This is my first time buying a new vehicle, and I have to say that Palladino Honda has completely ruined the experience for me. I have never received such bad service before. With such a huge purchase as a new vehicle, you would expect to be treated well but don't expect that here. Had to wait over a month to receive my vehicle, without any word from Honda or any updates on the car at all. Phoned and emailed several times only to leave voice mails and never receive any word back until days had passed by. Was given finally given the vehicle, only for it to need extra service therefore, had driven it for a week only to have it back in the hands of the dealership. Was told what needed to be done would take 3 days max, only to have a week go by and be told that it needed to stay another week. So still waiting to receive my car back after what I was told, would be a 3 day service, only to turn into a 2 week service. When I told the dealership I was fed up, was only offered apologies, not answers or any suggestions to how they would remedy the situation. I know this review has been long, but if you are thinking about buying a Honda, I strongly suggest you do not. The service is awful, calls will never be answered, and you will spend more time than you want waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. At Honda, you will be rushed and just be another number that walks through the door. Nothing personal about this place. Other dealerships have better service, which Honda definitely needs.
