Today I got terrible maintenance service at Winnipeg Honda, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Winnipeg Honda to anyone with such a poor customer service. They kept me 3.5 hours waiting from 8.30 AM to 12 PM for ONLY OIL CHANGE, UNBELIEVABLE with such a poor training from service and maintenance guide. NO ONE asked me or gives me any greetings since I was there !!! they took my vehicle out and NOT ASKING me anything. Such a TERRIBLE SERVICE. I bought this car at Winnipeg Honda, They TOOK money and say BYE to customer service later on. DON'T BUY anything from them if you don't want to get this such poor service like me.

On the recommendation of a friend, I made an appointment with Dyanne Evans, Senior Sales Rep, we chatted about my needs. Then, she provided full details on the CRV models available, went for test drive & answered all my questions, I never felt pressured to make my decision. Norman, Financial Services Mgr. was very professional & well prepared for our meeting. Sanjay spent time going over all the details/ workings of the vehicle and answered all my questions. Very positive experience & I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.
