I had some bad luck in that my car was damaged in a hail storm soon after I bought it. I went to Sam for advice and with his guidance I contacted the right people and my car is good as new again! This man truly cared about my loss and helped make me hole! I am so glad to have him to looking out for my best interest!

Worse customer service I have ever received. My car was recalled they had it for over a month.. they didn't contact me once to update me on the status of my car. I had to ask for a rental car as I have a baby and they give me a sonic where I cant even fit a stroller in the car. I had to call several times to get an update on my car. The keys do not work in the doors or the trunk once the ignition was changed customer service basically said its my problem. My cars battery went immediately after and the brakes were seized from the car sitting so long they never offered to fix it. I spoke with head office they weren't any better they offered to send me a free oil change package for my troubles and I received nothing in the mail from them! Your customer service is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from GM! Thankfully I have sold that car and purchased from another company and im very pleased with them!

We had very specific requests for our new CTS and our salesman searched around and found exactly what we wanted! The assistant chose a plate number that was easy for us to remember. Everyone one was very professional and available to handle all our enquiries in a prompt and friendly manner.

I am pleased to tell you that Brian Dick, and Ontario Motor Sales have done a fantastic job of satisfying all of my needs during the pre purchase, the purchase and the after sales of the vehicles that I have purchased. Brian's knowledge of your complete line up had an impact on what vehicles were right for me, and as a result I am completely satisfied with your products that I have chosen to purchase. Ornella Roberts should also be mentioned as well as she made it very easy to understand the complete purchases financially. This dealership is one that General Motors should use as an example that all other dealerships should follow.
