Had to wait one hour before the car was taken for servicing.

When the service was done and the bill presented to us, we were told that there were two things needing repair. we knew about the back brakes as there was a rubbing noise when the brakes rubbed against the tire rim, which became hot. However, the other thing was that according to Honda service the hanger bearing failed. I was puzzled that such a major component could fail in a relatively new car (36,000 km driven). We drive carefully, mostly city driving. When I wanted to know, why and how the bearing failed, I was not given any reason.

I've been dealing with Palladino Honda since 2002. I have always had great service over the years. My new Honda Accord was just there last week to replace the drivers window (factory fault) and the only glitch was the shuttle service mix-up. I will probably buy my next Honda there in ten years! I have no complaints.

Good service and no surprises! Everyone including the shuttle driver were cheerful and prompt when I dropped my vehicle off, on the phone advising of issues and when I picked my vehicle up.
