Avoid at all costs. Based on my new car buying experience I cannot recommend this dealership. Bought a new Honda Accord 2017 last year. The sales process was nice in the beginning until few days after the purchase I found out that 2 alloy rims had damage with attempt to conceal it by sanding and spray painting it. I did not see this until spray paint started flaking off after wheels sat in damp bags for few days. Tire also had a cut near the damaged spot visible under a certain angle. I had the rims on the vehicle for less than 1 day before new winter tires and rims were installed the next day after the car purchase at this dealer so I hardly had any chance to wreck them let alone sanding and spray painting them. Had to contact Honda Canada to have rims replaced. Still had to pay $300+ for a replacement tire. Found $400+ charges for optional insurance coverage that I specifically declined. I was also misinformed about the cancellation policy when I asked to cancel all optional "First Canadian Insurance" coverage purchased with the vehicle to prevent me from canceling it. Had to deal with the insurer directly and it is still not fully resolved. Multiple discrepancies in the paperwork. Finance Manager dropped the "F" bomb when I came to pick up signed copies of the paperwork that I had requested earlier. General Manager basically said that it was my fault that I did not see the damage in the show room. Lastly, he asked me if I knew where the exit door was. Vice President of Crown Auto Group was also unfortunately unable to address this. I must say that I did not notice these problems despite trying to be pretty thorough when checking the car for problems. I wonder how many other customers bought their cars with hidden problems. I've been a customer of this facility before this incident and I'm sure there are many good people working for this group of companies but I find the business practices that I came across while dealing with this company deeply disturbing. For the money that you pay for your car you deserve to be treated better than this, therefore I took my business elsewhere.

not a very good experience. I bought a brand new 2015 honda civic back then. My battery didn't even last for 3 years. Tried calling in for warranty, however, I got passed on from one call to another then no one would answer. Tried leaving a voicemail, and to no avail, would not call me back. Ended up buying battery at Costco since it was winter. Oh, booking an appointment for just an oil change at 9am means you're allotted time is 11am. Such a waste of time, they should pay me for this.
