Connor C. has been the best agent I’ve worked with. He helped me getting my brand new car in 2021 and then he was able to help me trade it in for a new electric one in 2022. He’s knowledgeable, has a great sense of what the brands he works with offer, his amazing customer service skills are a great asset and he helps you working through options that benefit the customer while keeping the business running. I purchased a new Cadillac XT4 in October of 2022 and Connor Creer was my sales agent and was excellent from start to finish. He has also gone out of his way to follow up a few times since the purchase to make sure everything meets my expectations. The whole staff at Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac have been great so far! Would highly recommend you ask for Connor if your in the market!

Not impressed with the service department. I booked an appointment and after 1.5 hours, my car was still sitting outside. The service manager needs to re-evaluate how he is running this shop. I will never bring my car back here again.

Had a Coolant Flush and an Oil Change and it was done within an hour and a half - expected it to take at least two and a half hours. Evan Andrews was very pleasant - this makes all the difference.

We had to wait 7 months for GM to get the heated seat chips but Mitch, the Service Manager, helped to get the vehicle in for the installation as soon as they arrived and Cameron arranged for everything else with a smooth and quick installation just in time to ensure a warm bottom on cold days. Those “little things” like timely vehicle status texts, washed floor mats, washed vehicle, comfortable, seasonally decorated waiting room with TV, clean washroom, Nurse Rewards and more make for a most welcome customer experience.
