There were delays in processing extended warrantee claim but all in all it worked out. I was happy that they took physical distancing seriously and had safeguards in place.

Never again this stealership

Brought my jeep in for an oil change trying to keep it with the oem and they ended up telling me that my brakes needed changing in the rear none the less. When they called me I was in the middle of work so I didn't really get a chance to think about what they were saying so I let them proceed with the work. First off my Jeep most likely did not need any breaks and specially not rear brakes at just under 27k kms. I was even more frustrated when I saw the extremely high bill for the rear only brake job that is easily done on a hoist in about 12 to 15 mins per side if you are having a beer. These guys can probably do it in 10 mins per side. On top of that, they put crappy brakes in and charged me for over premium prices. Our family has bought multiple vehicles from this Stealership and never again will I or my family purchase anything from not only them but ALL of the PALADINO owned dealers in Sudbury. They have lost my trust, respect and business all because they got greedy and did the wrong thing. If you work hard for your money, do not even think of purchasing or doing business with these people.
