Bought and deal with Winnipeg Hyundai, outstanding service but a fair distance from my home. There is an open recall for a software update so I thought I would just get it done at Murray Hyundai since they are closer to me They could not see any open recalls on my vehicle ( strange) the customer service gentleman asked me for Winnipeg Hyundai’s phone number so I googled it for him. . On hold for at least 10 min to be told someone will call me back in a day. I don’t understand how one location can see a recall and the other can’t. I’ll just make the trip to Winnipeg Hyundai and save myself the hassle.

We ordered our vehicle 6 months ago. They told us it would be 2-4 months. Our first salesman was dishonest about a lot of things so they had to get a new salesman for us. By the time we get it, the vehicle will be a model year old. They have been holding our $2000 deposit for 6 months while they collectthe interest. The only communication we have been getting is when we initiate it, to be told they have no idea when we will get it (now usingthe strike as the reason). No offers or anything to try to make up for this horrendous delay. My brother-in-law ordered a Subaru 2 months ago and already has it! We are really disappointed at this horrible service and regret our purchase.
