We had the pleasure of purchasing our vehicle (2023 Palisade Calligraphy) from Tony Dang. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we purchased, very friendly, patient and was never pushy like other sales reps (other dealerships)which is why when my husband and I came to our final decision, we chose to purchase from him. When we picked up our vehicle, Tony was there to guide us through every step and explained what needed to be done. He was also so helpful in setting up our Bluelink and accessories we purchased. He also demonstrated all the techy feature that our vehicle came with! We would definitely recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Tony!

They bought a car a couple of days ago. I liked everything. I was 3 month ago. Then I also bought a warranty for the replacement and repair of wheel tires. Today, I came to a nearby car repair station. The employee met me and talked to me as if I was asking him to borrow money. And after a short conversation, he offered to go and think and then come to him. Zero customer orientation. So I was offered to pull the nail out of the tire after a week. Or give the car for the whole day. Moreover, they did not provide me with any explanations regarding the workload. The car repair station was empty. No customer. And all this with a sad, passive look and voice, definitely not motivating to work with them. So I went to another workshop with a nail in the tire and a flat tire. This is not service, this is horror. Or just sell the car.

We can understand your frustrations with not being able to have your tire repaired right away when you stopped by. As Faran explained to you when you brought your vehicle in without an appointment, because we were booked solid (our service drive-thru may have been empty, but that is because we do not service or leave cars in the drive-thru), we were unable to get you in right away. He did confirm that you in fact had warranty that would cover the repair and he also offered to have you leave your car with us and he would ensure that it would get in later that day, but you stated you had an appointment and would not be able to leave your car. Faran suggested dropping it off the next day and you agreed to do that. We are happy to hear that were able to get your tire repaired quicker elsewhere and that it was covered under your warranty.

We bought a 2022 Tucson Hybrid Feb. 15/ 2022. The deal was satisfactory. When we went for our first service we noticed a sign that read service intervals every 6 months. We checked our Operators Manual and it stated every 8 months. We called Hyundai Canada twice and was assured regardless of where we lived in Canada it was every 8 months. When calling service we are always asked to leave a message which takes up to two days for a return call?? I put an order in for a 2023 Tucson Plugin Hybrid. This spring I was called in to discuss the difference having 12000 K's on my 2022 Hybrid Tucson with identical equipment. I was told $12---$14000 difference including the Gov. Rebate. Checking with another dealer we were quoted $9000 difference and we would receive the rebate. I priced out two new cars for young friends and in both cases Murray Hyundai was 10% higher than two other Hyundai dealers in Winnipeg. My friends did buy from the other dealers. We will no longer be getting our car serviced ay Murray's Hyundai, nor will we buy a car from them again!! Murray Thompson

Your owners manual does indicate service is recommended every 6 months or 8000 KMs. It is possible you are misreading the maintenance chart as it does show both “8” and “6” - whereas the “8” refers to a multiple of 1000 (KMs) and the “6” refers to the amount of months. Terrible customer service. I tried to book an appointment and tried to talk to a different service advisor since the service advisor I was assigned to was not working today. The front receptionist simply told me to call back on Monday when my service advisor is available and did not suggest any other option and hung up. Definitely not going back to them.

Terrible experience for the service department. They’re lack of knowledge of their product and unprofessional. My vehicle’s back camera doesn’t work. I took it to the service department for 3 times. The 1st time, they made a wrong decision. After, the problem still cannot fix it. They told me need to wait for a similar vehicle with the same unit to confirm the dead unit is actually faulty. When I follow up with them, they suggest I could take my vehicle to another company (Canadian Tire) to fix it. After that, I sent an email to the Customer Service Manager, Jeff to follow up with my case. A week has passed, I don’t receive any reply from Jeff. This is my worst dealership experience.
