Worst experience ever. Bought a car few weeks ago had a problem. Salesman named scott smith sold me the car he said it will be fine or if something happened just come to us. I went after 3 weeks to show the brakes problem. He said we won’t do anything. Worst customer service ever i had, doesn’t have any sense how to talk to customers.

My friend just bought a 2015 C300. I drove my friend’s 2015 C300 too, the brakes do vibrate very bad. I wouldn’t expect this from a car that I just bought. And for the dealership to take no responsibility and ruining our after sales experience and not standing on their words. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you buy a car from here, and if you go back there the same day with any issue, they will not address it because they don’t care…

2013 Santa Fe had the engine go, Faran in service got us in and diagnosed within 2 days and a brand new engine covered and installed in less than a week. Amazing to deal with!
