March 29, 2018 Was driving from NB to Ottawa for work, and a wheel bearing started making noise. Called Mark Motors from the road (somewhere near Quebec City), and Eric said to stop in the next day to get it diagnosed. Dropped the car off that night & left the keys in the night deposit slot. Touched base the next morning, and by lunchtime they had the bearing replaced and the car would be ready to go by 2pm. Picked it up at 4, and the guys had even washed the Macan and cleaned out the interior, again! Can't beat service like that, 1000km's from home and next morning service!! Thanks Eric & Team!! February 2016 - In Ottawa for work for a week, and needed to get my macan in for a recall notice. Contacted Mark Motors while on the way there and they were able to get the parts in quickly & get the recall items completed while I was in town. The service staff were great to work with and my car was done in a day, and even cleaned, which was a great touch.
