Timely great service. Would do more service here but it is 2 hours from where I live. Customer service area is first class. Free inspection of my vehicle was also great.

Worst customer service ever. Great car horrible people. Will never deal with them again

1. I already called you a few times no action was taken informing your dealership your company did not even hold up it's promises you made when you sold the car I was blown off . 2. You didn't take any action when I call I usually have to call back and even when I got some sort of resolution no one else at the dealership knew about it and I had to fight for what was promised to me when the car was sold. I am still trying to get what was promised to me when the car was sold and that was 7 months or more ago. 3. I am really worried about the sale of my car. When I was signing paperwork I was assured of certain things everything I was assured of was not done so far I am wondering what else I was lied to about if the little things are not done or not done right how do I know you will honor your word on the big things ? Even after my car was serviced and the oil was changed your mechanic had to go out and finish his job because it was not completed when I got my keys back the first time . I don't want to Chase and fight with you guys anymore if you want to call me feel free you have my number on file.

Very courteous and accommodating. Helped with financing. License fees and sales taxes were taken care of. No running around for me to do. Even received a follow up call the next morning. Thank You Jayson.
