Before i buy new honda pilot touring 2018 last month,i went to see couple other dealerships. As of today Honda Crown has the most experienced sails staff.They are so amazing.

Kurt provided timely service when I most recently attended for an oil change appointment. Was provided updates for how long it was going to take and if I needed anything.

I had appointment and the advisor was unavailable when I picked up vehicle. I asked to speak with the mechanic and showed him my pictures of the problem. When I went out to the car and the problem was still occurring , my husband went in and brought the mechanic out to show him in person. He indicated that parts were going to ordered. After a week and no call to say they had come in, I called and was informed that there were no parts on order as nothing was wrong with my vehicle on the maintenance report. I asked to speak with the advisor and left message Thursday June 14th, called back on Monday and again today. I would like an explanation as to whether anything is being done. There is definitely an issue with the backup camera system (even if you consider it a guideline only).

I was surprised that new timing belt that was replaced has detected a fault not sure if it is OEM issue or how it was installed,and only found out during my regular scheduled of change oil, i did not realized that it has an oil leak when i am driving on it.
