Leasing my new Civic was a pleasant experience with Diane. I love my new car and will be enjoying it for years to come.

I buy a used SUV 2011 .After few days I check the AC was not working. I went to them first they said we could not do anything now .when I insist the sails person to do something he said I can't do then I said when I buy that SUV then one another sales man with you may be his senior then the second person said you have to pay .Then I ask what is my fault tell me ?After insist them allot they ready to check my suv .One whole day my SUV was there .After that they said we need more time. I asked them is compressor working they said yes .After few day they give me appointment to come I went after that they said compressor is not working need to replace with new one. For this you have to pay $1200 .when I went to see this SUV that day that sales person said i know very well the last owner this SUV he is from this city and I have good relations with him .but when I buy this SUV then I see this SUV is from Montreal. He told many lies and fake things I was not expecting such a big company do shameless things like that both sales man are from Team Foui .That time they said we are no 1 team I think they become no 1 by speaking lies. I never thought I could be harassed like this.

Bought a van . Used unfortunately, because we could not afford the Toyota seinna that we wanted. I must say my husband and myself are very upset. One of the side doors never closes on its own. Which is a big reason why we wanted a van was for self closing doors. Plus I'm on day three of trying to get a patch on the back tire. It's taken three whole days already because you need a key to take a tire off?! Dumbest thing I have ever heard of. Not impressed with honda used or not. This is crazy.

An excellent experience from start to finish. I purchased a CR-V here back in 2018 and had a smooth experience, but the sales guy was no longer there. This time, I worked with Andy Chan, who was an absolute breeze to buy from. I went in knowing what I wanted (a used Civic), he provided me with some options, we took a test drive, and I bought the car. He helped arrange to bring it to my mechanic for an inspection, which confirmed the great condition of the vehicle. I worked with Manoo in the finance office, who was also wonderful. From start to finish, it was low pressure and I felt like I was getting the straight-talk, without all of the BS the car purchasing industry is known for. If you're looking for a Honda (and really, you should be), go see Andy and tell him I sent you. :)
