Jeeps are awesome, but I wouldn't recommend getting the service plan or warranty from this location. Booked an oil change and regular service with the dealership, and even told them and sent pictures ahead of time saying there was a piece of metal in one of the tires, and it would likely need to be repaired or replaced. So then I showed up for my appointment and told them again of the issues I was having on top of the standard oil change I needed. They some how still missed the object in the tire that was causing the slow leak, after I told them about it twice. They were very ready and willing to send me on my way without fixing the problem. They also don't wash your vehicle inside or out during a service appointment. That has always been a standard operating practice at every dealership I've bought a brand new vehicle from in the past (Honda and Hyundai). They did give me a voucher for the car wash place next door and said I was lucky to get one because they only had one left after the one I got...so anyone else later in the day just simply wouldn't get one because they "ran out". Also they had no service manager working on a Saturday (one of the only days a lot of people get service done since they don't book appointments after 4pm on weekdays). Love my Jeep. But terrible service. Also told them how the automatic start/stop function, that comes on most new vehicles, wasn't working and they said the batteries need to warm up before it'll work. Poor excuse. Just trying to find a way out of performing extended warranty work which I paid for when I bought the vehicle. Not worth paying for the service and warranty plan through this location.

*** will update *** talk to rich and resolving problemβ¦**** Bought a new 2022 Pacifica, 2 weeks in or 650 km engine oil starts leaking. Also when you buy a new car should check all around I can only suspect I got a dmg car during delivery. Has a minor dent and tailgate handle cracked. But no proof since I took it out of the lot. Not happy buying a new car and seems like a lemon, never have an experience like this type of lemon from other brands. BMW, Kia, Toyota, lexus, Nissan, infinite, Hyundai. Those are all the cars I bought in 10 years and never had problems

Ask for PRAB, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I have visited more than 20 dealerships in the lower mainland, couldn't get the Credit approval since I have a very very low credit score effected by consumer proposal but at white rock Dodge they approved the credit and gave me a car(TESLA MODEL Y) they have great service and they know theyβre stuff.πππππππππ
