Tom, your sales rep was extremely helpful and informative. He went to great pains to cover the ins and outs of the leasing arrangement. And as always, it's the little things that count like taking the time to set up the Bluetooth function syncing that with my cell phone which would be an ordeal for a near-Luddite like myself.

Collision repair to my 2014 Prius. Looks great. Delivered on time, with courteous and efficient staff. My only concern was that it took so long to get the car into the service in the first place.

I bought my Rav4 from Steven Murphy at O'Regans Lexus/Toyota this past winter and I could not be happier with it, or the service I received! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me while I made the big decision to finance my first vehicle - a scary step for me! At no time did I feel pressured; only supported and educated, which as a first time car buyer, was really appreciated! I also got a great price on my vehicle, and was very impressed with how flexible the O'Regans team were with my financial needs! The student graduate discount was also a great bonus. I have and will continue to recommend Steven Murphy and O'Regans to my family and friends! Thanks!

Friendly and thorough customer service. Tom took the time to answer questions and ensure we were happy with the car before purchasing. We didn't feel pressured at any time. We would recommend this dealership to others!

Paul's knowledge of vehicle inventory and available financial incentives enabled me to get the best deal on my vehicle purchase. It's the nicest, most comfortable vehicle I have ever owned...Like sitting in a recliner. And super fast with lots of power...Like the bat-mobile. So to recap, I'm riding around in a reclining bat-mobile.

Excellent. A little confusing upon arrival as I was not instructed regarding the procedure if pulling into the Bay Area behind the other cars even though I had an appointment. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service.
