Was greeted promptly upon arriving for the first time even though it was a busy Saturday. Was recommended James by my dad and friend. He was busy when we arrived but Lucky helped us out in choosing the model of vehicle. Test drove Accord and loved it. James went above and beyond to get me a great deal. Cant remember gentleman's name who showed me all the features but he was very friendly and relatable.

The experience was pleasant one. I had been to 3 different dealships and chose Winnipeg Honda because of the service I received. No one was pushy and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Leased two cars in two weeks from Wpg honda as they impressed me so much, Verdi won to earth not pushy sales staff. Finance also not pushy and helped provide helpful information without trying to push me too hard.

We were in a situation where we needed a new vehicle. The Foui Team ensured that we were well taken care of . They arranged for our rental, the replacement vehicle, and technological needs. Because they took such good care of us it truly felt like our problem and inconvenience became theirs. As a result of this customer service, attention to detail and knowing our needs before we had even considered them, we know that we will always return to Team Foui for our vehicles.

shady when dealing with the price of purchase and trade in, didn't want to show me details on the total cost of the new car and tried to hide what was promised for my trade.

I came in for an oil change and wiper blades replacement. Told I needed my in-car air filter changed. When I questioned the service technician saying I thought I had it recently done, he said he had no record of it. So I had this service as recommended to find out when I checked my receipts in the glove compartment that it had been done within 13 months. I felt like the proverbial woman taking her car into the shop and being upsold something that I didn't need replacing. If I had known that, I would not have had it done. When I returned home, I discovered my locking lug nuts were missing and my brake light was not fixed, and that my block heater cord was dragging. Called the manager and he reluctantly said Honda would take care of these. I'm curious to know what is inspected when Honda provides an oil change and 21-point inspection as advertised.
