I have not had a good experience since I have bought my car. I was so excited to buy a new car and this is suppose to be a great experience for me. Ever since I have bought my car and had to deal with the service after the transaction I have hated every minute. I was told about this amazing deal if I bought this undercoating (that would protect my car from rusting) I would also get oil changes for life. My car started rusting one year after the undercoating and they told me it was good for 6 years. Also, if I needed to drop my car off in the morning I could get a ride to work so I wouldn't have to take time off. 1. As soon as I started booking oil changes they have now told me NO I am not able to take a vehicle or get uber because I don't work in Ottawa... Maybe you should let your clients know that there are limits on where you will drive them. They knew I was not from Ottawa. 2. Second my schedule is 8-4 Monday to Friday so I have to book time off because there is no way I can get an oil change. They are not open on weekends 3. Tonight I had an oil change booked and my daughter need to be back in for a thing by 6pm. I picked her up from school took her right to the dealership and asked if I could get an uber because I had to get dinner for my daughter. I was once again told NO and it wouldn't normally been so upset but they have done anything to make this an easy for me at all. They allow so many people to use uber's on them and they have never followed through on their word. It is just so upsetting to me. I would definitely not recommend their services!!!!!!

See Malek, he was awesome to deal with. Straightforward and helpful and when the car was purchased he did not disappear. He is still helping me, even after the deal is done.

BUYERS Beware! At first this place seems very friendly and honest. But they are really slimy and sneaky. Please check your MSRP before agreeing to purchase. The will add extra to the base price of your vehicle. To make up for any discounts. The added$1600 to my vehicle and overcharged in the buisness office on the rustproof and warranty, etc. To compensate for their discounts. The general manager and buisness managers are extremely rude and can't be trusted.There are many other dealerships out there who are honest and will treat you with respect.
