The over all experience was good. The only issue was that the washing of the car was poor as if only one side of the car was washed.

1000 km checkup, my new 2019 red mazda cx3 was washed & vacuumed, all fuids were topped up. Car was ready when they said it would be.. Very friendly service people.

I was in for my new cars first official servicing. It was taken in on time, serviced in a reasonable time, all the information that I needed was shown afterwards and everyone was very friendly. The car was returned washed and vacuumed. I was even asked if I had any questions or concerns afterwards. The price was very reasonable and afterwards when I had a question about a pre-existing scratch of what could perhaps be done about, instead of one of the service staff; the service manager Jose actually came out and checked into it for me. I have no complaints at all and even though I live in Langley I will quite happily continue to bring my vehicle into this Mazda Murray dealership in Chilliwack
