Purchasing my HONDA Civic

From the minute I went for my test drive, I fell in love with my Honda. Kurt shared all the specifications and features of the car right away. Once I decided I was buying the car, I eentbin to meet Wade for the financing process, which was thorough and painless. We arranged for me to pick up the car on that next weekend and when I got there, all the paperwork was there and ready for me to sign. The delivery coordinator went over the vehicle with me and I was good to drive away! The sales and finance process was seamless and I have enjoyed my vehicle ever since !

Upon purchasing a Honda CRV I was charged several thousand dollars more for items that I was told was included for example rust inhibitor paint sealant fabric protector etc. Had I known I would be paying thousands of dollars more for these extras I would definitely not have agreed for these extras I did not agree to pay thousands of dollars more for items that were of no use to me and as a result of my Extreme disappointment I will be consulting an attorney because I was told I could not reverse all these extras that I really did not want

Great experience buying CR-V for my wife a while back. Special mention I will make of Swapnil, who elevated the whole process to another level. We were late for the pickup, and he stayed with us even after our salesperson left (which was a little discourteous), went over the car with me and my wife in some detail and it felt we had a great time instead of a lecture thanks to his humour. Not the one to usually write reviews, only putting this one in because I just bought another vehicle for myself from some "luxury" brand and they could so much learn from our delivery experience here. No matter who you buy your car from in this dealership, make sure you ask for Swap when you are in to pick up the vehicle. You will be amazed. Dude's a walking car encyclopedia.
